| As an organization, Trout Nova Scotia relies 100 percent on volunteers. Membership fees help support the operational costs and programs of the organization. Each new membership adds to the collective voice of trout anglers interested in the conservation of trout in Nova Scotia. All Trout Nova Scotia members receive the Riffles and Pools newsletter which highlights important issues impacting on trout in the province and provides helpful fishing tips. Members are welcome to participate and contribute to the organization through the development of conservation programs, providing professional time or skills, assisting at events like the Outdoor Show, Trout Expo and Annual General Meeting, providing articles of interest to the newsletter or website, participating at public meetings and acting as a Director or Director at Large. |
2006 membership fees are as follows: Associate (under sixteen) $6.00 Regular member $20.00 Family membership $25.00 Corporate membership $60.00 All memberships expire on March 31 of any given year.
